Here’s what’s new:  * **At-a-Glance Status** Color-coded pills show you exactly where each ticket stands—Open, In Progress, or Closed—so there’s no guesswork. * **Priority Levels** Flag tickets as High, Medium, or Low priority to ensure the most urgent issues get the fastest response. * **One-Click Assignment** Assign any ticket to a team member instantly, keeping workloads clear and responsibilities defined. * **Seamless Conversations** All replies, attachments, and updates live inline, giving you a complete history of every issue in one place. * **Advanced Search & Sorting** Find tickets quickly by title or creator, then sort by date created, number of replies, or recent activity.
